“24-HOUR CASH FLOW CLARITY” GUARANTEE
1. About This Guarantee
The “24-Hour Cash flow Clarity” Guarantee (“the Guarantee”) applies solely to the delivery of an electronic funding-readiness summary (“the Cash flow Clarity Report”) provided by Business Money Saving Experts Ltd (“BMSE”) based on information voluntarily supplied by the user.
This Guarantee does not relate to funding outcomes, lender decisions, interest rates, approval likelihoods, or time lines for funding.
2. What BMSE Guarantees
BMSE guarantees to provide, within 24 hours of the user completing the required information check:
A digital summary outlining:
- The user’s estimated borrowing profile,
- A list of potentially suitable funding partners,
- The fastest viable route forward based on the information provided,
- Delivered electronically (email, SMS, or on-screen),
- Without performing a credit check, and
- Without contacting the user’s bank.
If BMSE fails to deliver this electronic summary within 24 hours, the user may be eligible for a service credit or goodwill compensation, as outlined below.
3. What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
The Guarantee does NOT apply to:
- Any funding decision made by any lender
- Approval, decline, or conditional offers
- Interest rates, terms, fees, or underwriting requirements
- Broker partner actions, time frames, communication delays, or advice
- Outcomes based on inaccurate, missing, misleading, or unverifiable information supplied by the user
- Situations where the user cannot be contacted via the details they provided
- Situations where BMSE cannot complete initial checks due to system errors, third-party data issues, or incomplete information
BMSE is not responsible for funding outcomes, which remain the sole responsibility of the lender.
4. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Guarantee, the user must:
- Provide all required information accurately and fully,
- Meet BMSE’s minimum pre-qualification criteria, including but not limited to:
- No active CCJs or insolvency restrictions,
- A UK-registered business with visible trading history,
- Revenue levels that meet the partner lender’s base requirements,
- Being contactable during the 24-hour window,
- Not have previously claimed under this Guarantee.
If any supplied information cannot be verified, the Guarantee is void.
5. Start of the 24-Hour Window
The 24-hour timer begins only when:
- BMSE confirms receipt of all required information, and
- The user submits accurate, complete details in the information check.
If the submission is incomplete or contains errors, the countdown does not begin.
6. What Counts as “Delivery”
BMSE is considered to have delivered its service when:
- The Cash flow Clarity Report is successfully sent to the email or phone number provided, or
- The user is shown the report via on-screen confirmation.
BMSE is not liable for:
- Emails going to spam,
- SMS delivery issues,
- Users inputting incorrect contact details,
- Users not checking their inbox or device.
7. Service Credit / Goodwill Compensation
If BMSE fails to deliver the Cash flow Clarity Report within 24 hours, the user may receive a service credit or goodwill compensation at BMSE’s discretion.
The compensation is:
- Not a cash payment unless explicitly stated,
- Non-transferable,
- Issued only after BMSE verifies eligibility.
- Abuse, dishonesty, or false claims void the Guarantee.
8. Limitation of Liability
BMSE’s sole liability under this Guarantee is limited to the provision of the agreed service credit or goodwill compensation.
BMSE is not liable for:
- Financial loss,
- Missed opportunities,
- Funding declines,
- Business impact arising from lending decisions,
- Any third-party actions, including brokers or lenders.
9. BMSE Right to Suspend or Withdraw Guarantee\
BMSE may amend, suspend, or withdraw the Guarantee at any time.
Claims relating to periods before withdrawal will still be honoured under these T&Cs.
10. Governing Law
This Guarantee is governed by the laws of England & Wales.
